As we close out a busy year, we wanted to share some of our 2019 news and event highlights with you…

In January 2019 Prodex commenced a project to automate the Stage Gate and Portfolio Management systems for Thailand’s Largest Chemical Company: PTT Global Chemicals.

In this project, the Prodex team deployed a set of 7 discrete Stage Gate processes and a comprehensive set of Portfolio reports which are under-pinned through data exchange with SAP, Sales Force, LIMS and Tableau. The project commenced in February and was completed 8 months later in September, bringing over 400 new users onto the Accolade Platform.

In August 2019, Prodex delivered Innovation Masterclass workshops, bringing the World’s # 1 Innovation Scholar Dr. Robert Cooper to Melbourne, Sydney, Bangkok and Singapore.

As we roll into 2020 we are excited to be working on the following significant projects.

Deployment of Accolade for managing Strategic Initiatives
Following recently completed work for one client in which we have already mapped their Innovation, Cost Reduction and Mill Trial Processes into Accolade we are now bridging the Gap between Strategic Planning and Implementation by making al projects which are aligned with Strategy visible through the Accolade project execution and reporting platform.

Assessment of  Innovation Maturity and Implementation of  a Systematic Innovation Governance process
Working with one of the leading Asian beverage producers, Prodex has been tasked with a Strategy realisation project and Innovation process review. Our work includes: Analysis of the full portfolio of existing projects Mapping of projects against innovation plans and completion of Gap analysis Assessment of the aggregate benefit of the active innovation project portfolio Assessment of the current levels of Innovation Maturity and the definition of a step change plan to drive organisational change and process change to support the realisation of the innovation strategy In addition to these new projects our work with existing clients continues. We support our clients long term growth through effective Innovation Governance solutions which are tailored to their business needs.
